We love the idea of tapas. Sharing small plates of food, tasting and talking and sipping all the while. But putting out a spread of tapas can be time-consuming, so we put together a few of our favorite Spanish small plates and with a few store-bought additions, you’ll have a tapas party in about an hour!
Olives – any variety, we like to warm ours up in some EVOO with a little orange zest and crushed red pepper!
Spanish Cheese & Charcuterie – Try easy-to-find Manchego or get your hands on some Garroxta if you can! Serve with Serrano ham and fresh fruit.
We Olive Spicy Green Olive Tapenade - serve with sliced baguette or crackers
To Drink – try Spanish varietals like Albarino and Tempranillo or whip up a batch of Sangria!
