Dukkah is delicious on everything but it’s especially tasty coating lemon-infused goat cheese bites. These small bites pack a powerful punch of flavor – serve them as an hor d’ouevre or add them to lightly dressed greens for an elegant salad course.
Makes 24 appetizers
Place the goat cheese, cream cheese and 1/4 cup Meyer Lemon Olive Oil in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Alternatively, mix by hand with a spatula until well incorporated. Place the dukkah on a large tray. Grease your hands with oil, roll teaspoons of the cheese mixture into balls and roll in the dukkah to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm or up to overnight. Serve with crackers or on salads!
