Jalapeno and Pineapple Korean Short Ribs

Marinade Time: 4 hours
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 lbs of thinly sliced short ribs
1 recipe of We Olive Teriyaki Marinade
Optional: fresh grated ginger and/or minced garlic

Directions: In a resealable bag, coat ribs with teriyaki marinade and ginger or garlic for 4 hours. Preheat charcoal or gas grill to medium high heat (400° on a grill thermometer).

Place ribs on hot grill at an angle for 3-4 minutes. Flip ribs and baste with extra marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes more.

Remove and let rest on serving plate for 5 minutes. Serve with Pineapple, Jalapeno, Avocado and Buckwheat Noodle Salad.
