This flavorful lemon olive oil spread can be used liked butter – spread it on warm bread, top grilled chicken or seafood, or toss grilled or roasted veggies with it. It’s especially delicious on asparagus and zucchini or summer squash!
1/2 cup We Olive Organic Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon each chopped fresh thyme and oregano
1 teaspoon lemon juice
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Store in covered container in the fridge. Keeps for up to a two weeks.
