Chef Lionel, with F.B.Chefs, will be your instructor as he guides the class through the cheese making process. By the end of the lesson, you’ll discover how easy it is to make cheese like a pro and delicious ideas on how to feature the cheese you made on dishes of your own. Feel free to grab a glass of wine or two during your class and stay afterward to order off our food menu as we’ll be offering Happy Hour specials all day long.
