Strawberry Salsa Recipe

This easy Strawberry Salsa recipe is fresh, delicious, and totally addictive! It makes a great appetizer for parties and picnics and tastes amazing over shrimp, chicken, fish, salads, tacos, and so much more! Serve it up snack style as a fun fruity appetizer with tortilla chips or cinnamon sugar-dusted pita chips and prepare to swoon. It’s also fantastic over salads and tacos.
This sweet strawberry salsa tastes great on SO MANY things, gah! This strawberry salsa tastes great on grilled chicken, fish, or steak. I bet it would also be baller over some crispy pan-fried tofu too. This Strawberry Salsa recipe is Vegan, Paleo, Whole30, and Keto compliant.
All you need to Make THE BEST Strawberry Salsa:
► 2 Cups Diced Strawberries
► 3/4 Cups Diced Onions
► 1/2 Cup Cilantro
► 2 Tbsp Minced Jalapeno
► 2 Limes (Zest)
► Juice of 2 Limes
► Salt & Pepper
► 1 Tbsp We Olive White Balsamic (Peach, Pineapple, Strawberry, or Sriracha Lime)
► 1 Tbsp We Olive EVOO or Flavored Olive Oil (Jalapeño for an extra kick)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Combine all ingredients
2.) Add 1 Tbsp. of We Olive’s White Balsamic (Peach, Pineapple, Strawberry, or Sriracha Lime)
3.) Toss it all together, and mix well!
4.) Lastly, stir in a pinch of salt (adjust to taste) and a little black pepper (optional) and toss it all together.
Enjoy with chips, or use as a topping on soft tacos!  YUM!
