I am more than excited to find you. I lived in New Orleans for over 20 years before retiring here in Shreveport. Where have you been??? You allude to tapas dishes; however, I can only find appetizers on your site.. Can you help me with this? I have overnight company and we will probably seek you out at some point tomorrow, if only to locate you for future visits.
Hi Barbara! We are happy you have found us as well!! “Tapas” is the Spanish term for an appetizer or a snack. A “tapa” is simply a small portion of food. Anything can be served tapas style! When you go for tapas, you’ll end up ordering lots of small plates and sharing. This way, you can try a selection of different dishes all at once.
