Sizzling Brussels Sprouts with Smoked Pepper Bacon Jam Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 6 brussels sprouts
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of We Olive Smoked Pepper Bacon Jam

Slice brussels sprouts long ways into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. Slice bacon on the short length into 1/4 inch slices. Heat skillet on medium and cook bacon until slightly browned, remove from pan.  Heat extra virgin olive oil on medium high heat. Add brussels sprouts and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.  Add bacon and bacon jam.  Toss until combined and heated thoroughly.  Enjoy.
