Grand Opening Events for Sunday, January 31st!

Come Meet the Author! The festivities continue on Sunday morning starting with a class and book signing with Carol Firenze at 10am. A long time Los Gatos resident and olive oil connoisseur, Carol will be educating guests on the ever-expanding ways to use olive oil. Her book, “The Passionate Olive; 101 Things To Do With Olive Oil” will be available for you to pick up your copy and have her sign it for you! There will be a limited amount of seats so call ahead to reserve your space.

Come Meet the Chef! At 11:30 on Sunday, We Olive Culinary Direct Suzie Lewitan will be hosting a cooking demo for Fast and Easy Flavor with California Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Come taste alongside Suzie as she prepares several dishes for you to try paired with local favorite, Testarossa Winery. Greg Pussehl, regional manager for the winery will be on site with several different bottles for you to taste with your bites. There will be a limited amount of seats so call ahead to reserve your space.

Come Meet the Producer! Our friends at Formosa Hot Sauce will be joining us Sunday afternoon from 1-4pm and bringing some delicious samples of their sauces and grilling up some quesadillas! An old family recipe from Mexico, this company based right here in San Jose makes some of the most flavorful and healthy hot sauces we have ever tried. All natural with no sugar added, gluten and dairy free, these hot sauces pack a punch! They also have a new flavor for all of us to try; a brand new Jalapeno sauce!

There will be lots more goodies all weekend long including wine bar specials, sparkling cocktails, truffle salt popcorn and samples of our foods from our new wine bar menu. We are excited to be a part of the Los Gatos community and want to share our passion for all things that taste good. Come help us celebrate our new store and being a part of the town.
