Our Fromage Flatbread is cheesy goodness that you’ll want to make at home.
Fromage Flatbread:
one flatbread crust
2 oz of shredded cheese (We use 1 oz Ewephoria & 1 oz P’tit Basque)*
0.2 oz lemon or garlic olive oil
fresh basil chiffonade
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pizza. Bake at 450 for 5-7 minutes until the crust is light golden brown. Drizzle with lemon or garlic olive oil. Sprinkle with basil chiffonade.
Try it with pesto sauce as a base before the cheese for a tasty variation!
*Ewephoria is similar to an aged gouda. P’tit basque is a creamy medium cheese. We also sell our flatbread crusts. And of course, our cheeses in quantities of +/- 4 oz portions.
