Balsamic Glazed Nuts


These balsamic -glazed nuts make a fantastic edible gift for your favorite party host! They’re a delicious party snack and tasty on salads or a cheese plate.

2 cup raw mixed nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place brown sugar, vinegar, cayenne, and salt in a heavy sauce pan and stir to combine. Add the nuts and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until there is no liquid left and the sugar has dissolved, 10 – 15 minutes. Pour the nuts onto the prepared pan and quickly use a spatula to separate into one layer. Cool completely before eating.
