This flavorful olive oil spread can be used liked butter – spread it on biscuits or warm bread, top grilled pork or seafood, or toss grilled or roasted veggies with it. It’s especially delicious on broccoli!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup We Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 tablespoon We Olive Aged Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Store in covered container in the freezer. Keeps for up to a month.
