“Braised brussels sprouts are delicious with the lemon olive oil. They are excellent with chicken. This is a very simple dish.”
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup We Olive Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 tbs. of We Olive Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup of chicken or vegetable broth
Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Also, cut in half if the brussel sprouts are large. Place them in a cast iron casserole with the rest of ingredients and place in the 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Add additional oil or broth if needed during the cooking.
