This recipe is our go-to. It’s simple delicious and we can never have too much of it.
Makes about 3/4 cup
3 tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar and mustard. Slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream, whisking until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
