This flavorful garlic olive oil spread can be used liked butter – spread it on warm bread, top grilled chicken or seafood, or toss grilled or roasted veggies with it. It’s especially delicious on roasted potatoes!
1/2 cup We Olive Fresh Garlic Olive Oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs*
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
*use any herb you like here: rosemary, thyme, oregano, dill, basil, tarragon, chive…etc.
Whisk all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Store in covered container in the fridge. Keeps for up to a two weeks.
