This yummy fall dish will have your mouth watering! You can have these roasted sweet potatoes as a snack or a side for dinner.
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1″ pieces
- 1 tbsp. We Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 450º.
- On a large baking sheet, toss sweet potatoes with We Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast until tender, tossing halfway through, 25 to 30 minutes.
