Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar Smoothie


This 130 calorie, no sugar added balsamic vinegar smoothie tastes like desert but makes a great energy-boosting breakfast before a workout!

Serves 2

1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar or Strawberry White Balsamic Vinegar

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
