This yummy sandwich is available at select We Olive locations.
- Panini Bread or Ciabatta Bread
- 25 oz Shaved Cheese
- 1 oz of Salami
- .6 oz Pickled Onions
- 1 oz Prosciutto (hand-torn)
- 1 oz Roasted Tomatoes (chopped)
- .7 oz Arugula
- 1 oz Sweet Balsamic Mustard (.5 oz per side)
- We Olive Fresh Garlic Olive Oil
- Take your bread and EVENLY cut it in half.
- Brush with We Olive Fresh Garlic Olive Oil and warm for 4 minutes or until golden
- Pull bread out of the oven and place on top of the wax paper on the scale, tare.
- Spread 0.5 oz mustard onto each side of the bread.
- Weigh out the salami and cut them into halves. Place on the bottom slice of bread. On top of the salami, weigh out the shaved cheese. Add pickled onions.
- Place the mix onto the cheese in the sandwich. Close the sandwich, place a wooden pick in each side of it, and cut with a serrated knife.
- Plate and serve.
