We Olive Walnut Creek opened in August 2009; the store is centrally located in downtown Walnut Creek, just north of Broadway Plaza on Main Street.
We Olive carries a wide variety of California grown and certified artisan olive oils, each tasted and tested by the California Olive Oil Council. Look for the COOC seal to know your getting certified Extra Virgin olive oil.
From soft & buttery, to peppery and robust; or choose a flavored oil infused with your favorite fruit or herb. Walk-up to our tasting bar where you can sample over 50 varieties of oils and vinegars, guided by a We Olive expert.
Our wide selection includes our customer favorite Aged Balsalmic vinegar (aged up to 18 years) imported from Modena Italy, along with flavored vinegars, pestos, tapenades, dipping oils, mustards, olives and chutney. For our avid repeat customers, We Olive offers olive oils and aged balsamic vinegar in self-serve bulk by the ounce, where you can fill one of our bottles or bring your own bottle.
In addition, We Olive provides a wide selection of bath, body and skin care products made from olive oil. Most important of all, browse the store sampling your favorite products and enjoy the ambience and experience that brings a feeling of Tuscany right to your local community.

It’s here! This what olive oil lovers wait for all year! “Olio Nuovo” means new oil and our freshly pressed oil is from California. It is never shipped from overseas, sitting in freight containers, waiting for customs…no!, not our beautiful oil! It comes to straight to us from the grower, within days (not weeks) of being pressed. You can’t get fresher oil unless you live on an olive grove.
This robust and peppery oil starts off buttery smooth and then ends with a zesty pungency and bitterness. Perfect for pouring over your wintertime roasts, turkey, and vegetables. A true epicurian delight
