Winter Mimosa

If you’ve visited one of our Wine Bars, you’ve probably tried our popular Peach Basil Mimosa made with Peach White Balsamic Vinegar and Fresh Basil Olive Oil. We’ve adapted the recipe with some of our favorite seasonal flavors for cooler months. Check out three variations for winter weather mimosas below.

To make 1 mimosa, you’ll need

1 1/2 tablespoons We Olive White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon We Olive Olive Oil
6 oz sparkling wine

Add vinegar and oil to a champagne flute and then top with sparkling wine. Enjoy!

Variations:

Orange-Pomegranate Mimosa

We Olive Pomegranate White Balsamic Vinegar + We Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil

Citrus Spice Mimosa 

We Olive Citrus Spice Balsamic Vinegar + Blood Orange Olive Oil

Meyer Lemon-Pear Mimosa

We Olive D’Anjou Pear White Balsamic Vinegar + Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
