Smokey Chicken & Cheese Flatbread
Ingredients:
1 flatbread or parbaked pizza crust
1 oz We Olive Smoked Pepper Bacon Jam
1.5 oz P’tit Basque Cheese, shredded
1.5 oz organic grilled chicken, sliced
0.25 oz basil chiffonade
light drizzle of We Olive Jalapeño Olive Oil
Directions:
Spread bacon jam, cheese, and chicken onto flatbread, and bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Finish with basil chiffonade and jalapeño olive oil. Enjoy!
