Celebrating something special at We Olive? Ask your server for a special bottle of wine… Upon initial pour, the 2014 Wolf’s Head Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromas of fresh leather, earthy minerals and dusty graphite. With a little time in the glass these characteristics evolve into sweet, dark cherries, blackberries and cassis with hints of tobacco. Dark cherries and black currants dominate the mid-palate and carry through into the long finish with some cedar notes. This wine shows great fruit extraction and a characteristically long finish that leaves one wanting more. Wine Spectrum 94 points.
